How to Share Google My Business Access on Desktop
1. Sign In to Google Business Profile
Visit Google Business Profile and log in using the Google account linked to your business profile.
2. Select Your Business
If you manage multiple business profiles, choose the one you wish to grant access to. Click on the “see your profile” This will redirect you to a Google Search Results page displaying your business profile at the top.

From the menu that appears, select “Business Profile settings”.

In the settings menu, click on “People and access”.

Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access to. Then choose the appropriate role for the new user (e.g., Owner, Manager). Each role has different permissions, so select the one that fits their responsibilities.
- Owner: Full control over the listing, including the ability to add or remove users and edit details.
- Manager: Can manage most aspects but cannot add or delete users.
Then Click “Invite” to send the invitation. The recipient will receive an email to accept the invitation and gain access to your Google Business Profile.
